MS and PhD Graduate Student Assistantships in Environmental Science

Opportunities for research and teaching assistantships (M.S. and Ph.D.) are available for qualified graduate student applicants in the Graduate Program in Environmental Sciences

The program offers competitive stipends, tuition waivers, and other benefits.

The program has active ongoing basic and applied research programs in all emphasis areas (biological, chemical, geological, engineering, policy, law, and economics), with strong field- and lab-based interdisciplinary research components. Program resources include extensive laboratory and state-of-the-art analytical and ecotoxicology testing facilities.

The location of the program at the Arkansas Biosciences Institute provides ready access to state-of-the-art chemical and molecular instrumentation and collaborative opportunities with a myriad of federal agencies (ORNL, ONR, DOD, USGS, EPA).

Future students are encouraged to contact the Graduate Program in Environmental Sciences or to contact individual faculty members. Click here for information on application procedures and admission requirements.
